Virtual mindfulness meditation sessions offered weekly to help cultivate awareness and peaceful presence.
Each session will consist of a review of key concepts related to the meditation for that day then an opportunity to practice. We will follow-up with a chance for participants to provide feedback and further discussion to help integrate the experience.
These sessions are open to anyone, of all experience levels (novice to advanced). You can join at any time, the sessions will cycle through the various practices in sequence enabling you to catch any that you may have missed.
